How we use your personal data
SeeAbility (registered charity no. 255913) is the Data Controller for the Lottery regarding our obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998.
The SeeAbility Lottery is a part of a Lottery Syndicate managed by Capen Limited (“Capen“), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 8141955 (England)), an external lottery manager. Capen is a Data Processor for the SeeAbility Lottery.
